What we collect
If you fill in our free matching form, we collect the details you give us: your name, email, phone number, city and state, age, and the eligibility answers you provide (such as whether you are a non-smoker). The form is optional. If you do not use it, we do not collect this information.
How we use it
We use your information for one purpose: to match you to the egg donation or surrogacy program that best fits your answers, and to contact you about it. We do not sell your information, and we do not build advertising profiles about you.
Who we share it with
With your consent, we share your details with up to three partner programs that match your answers, so they can follow up about enrolling you. You give this consent with a separate checkbox on the form. We never share your information without that consent, and we never share it with more than three matched programs.
Deletion and your choices
You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and you can opt out of further contact. Email privacy@eggdonorpay.com and we will remove your details from our records. California residents have the right to know, delete, correct, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; we do not sell personal information. EU/UK residents may also lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting server records standard technical log data (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and to keep the site running. If we enable website analytics, it is configured to measure aggregate traffic only, not to identify you personally.
Cookies and outbound links
This site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Links to agencies may be referral links; when you click one, the destination may set its own cookie to credit the referral, which is governed by that site's privacy policy. See our disclosure.
