How and when egg donors get paid
Payment is tied to completing the cycle through egg retrieval, not to the number of eggs retrieved. Once you complete the retrieval per your agreement, you're paid the agreed compensation. Some agencies pay a small portion at the start of medications and the balance after retrieval.
